When choosing a pre-school, one question should
be at the top of your list:

"What is the teacher turnover rate?"

A low turn over rate means teachers are excited about the facility, the administration, the other teachers, the quality of care, the nurturing environment and the curriculum offered. They see it daily and place their own children in the program.

Teachers are chosen to be a part of our Canyon Creek Family - based on experience, degrees, personality, ability in handling children, their love for children, and on effort given. But mostly, they are chosen on their value system and desire to be the best at what they do. A teacher's value system is a priority because first and foremost, we are character builders. Teaching social skills, acceptable behavior and appropriate responses is an important part of our curriculum.

Our teacher turnover rate is likely the lowest you will find.
